Privacy Policy
Last updated 14 October 2026
Evans Performance - FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us" or "our") runs Peak Life at peaklifeofficial.com (the "Site"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
We will never rent, trade or sell your personal information to anyone.
The laws we follow
We handle personal information in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Our members live in many countries. Where a privacy law protects you where you live, such as the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the Australian Privacy Act 1988, we handle your information in line with that law too.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, first name and, if you add it, last name. Sign-in is handled for us by Clerk, which holds your password. We never see it.
- Your email before you have an account: when you enter your email address on our homepage, we keep it, with the time you entered it and the referral code of the member whose link brought you (if any), even if you do not go on to set a password. We use it to email you about your free copy and to help you finish signing up. If you finish signing up on the same device, the offers and countdowns you then see are timed from when you entered your email.
- Your purchases: what you bought, the price, the date, the payment company used and its payment reference. Your card details are held by the payment company, not by us.
- Referrals: the referral code of the member whose link brought you to the Site, if any, and the people who joined through your own link.
- Peak Life Plus intake: if you buy Plus, the intake form asks about your age, height, weight, goal, your health journey and daily routine (including what you eat), and any injuries, medical conditions and medication. This is sensitive information; see below.
- Peak Life Elite bloodwork: if you buy Elite, you can upload your blood test results as PDF or image files. This is sensitive information; see below.
- Messages to us: what you write when you contact us or report a checkout problem, with your email address and the details of that checkout.
- How you use the Site: pages visited, clicks, the device, browser and approximate location your connection suggests, and your IP address. Our analytics, error-reporting and hosting providers collect this.
- Video viewing: which lessons you play and how they play, with your account id, a random id stored in your browser and the general type of your device.
Our Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Sensitive health information
Some answers on the Peak Life Plus intake form, and any bloodwork you upload for Peak Life Elite, are health information, which privacy law treats as sensitive. We collect it only with your explicit consent, which you give by choosing to answer those questions or to upload those files. Every health question is optional.
- We use your answers only to set up and support your Plus program, and your bloodwork only to set up and support your Elite program.
- They are stored in our database and are seen only by the Peak Life team.
- They are not sent to our email, analytics, advertising or referral providers, and what you type into the form is never captured by any session recording.
- We never use your health information for advertising or profiling.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time by asking us to delete your answers or your bloodwork.
How we use your information
- to create and secure your account and verify who you are;
- to process your purchases and unlock what you bought;
- to run our referral program, including tracking and paying commissions;
- to answer your questions and fix problems you report;
- to detect and prevent fraud, chargebacks and misuse of the Site;
- to understand how the Site is used, and to improve it and our Programs;
- to send you emails about your account, your purchases and our own products and offers; and
- to meet our legal obligations, including consumer, accounting and tax law.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you (your account, your purchases and your Programs); your consent (your health information, and marketing where consent is required); our legitimate interests (understanding how the Site is used, preventing fraud and improving our Programs); and our legal obligations (such as keeping accounting and tax records).
We may email you news and offers about Peak Life, including after you stop buying from us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in each email, or by emailing us.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to run the Site and deliver what you bought. We do not sell it. Our providers are:
- Clerk (sign-in): your email address, name and password, and your sign-in activity.
- Convex (database) and Vercel (web hosting): everything described in this policy, which they store and serve for us.
- Stripe (card payments): your email address, the card details you enter, and your purchase records. Stripe keeps your card on file for one-click purchases you choose to make.
- Whop, PayPal, Polar and Checkout.com (other payment companies we may use at checkout): your purchase details and, where you give it to them, your email address. When Polar processes a payment, Polar is the seller of record for that payment.
- Our own cryptocurrency payment server: an order reference and the amount only.
- Tolt (referral program): every member gets a referral link, so Tolt receives your name and email address to set up your partner account. When someone you referred buys, Tolt receives the sale amount with an anonymous code in place of the buyer's name and email.
- Mux (video streaming): your account id and the title of the video you play, plus standard playback information. Cloudflare streams a few videos and receives standard playback information.
- Sentry (error reporting): details of errors on the Site, which can include your account details, and a recording of some sessions and of sessions where an error happened.
- Google Analytics and Contentsquare (analytics and heatmaps): how you use the Site, as described above. Contentsquare does not record sessions.
- ActiveCampaign (email): your email address from the moment you enter it on our homepage, your first name once you sign up, whether you have finished signing up, and tags for what you bought.
- Slack (our internal team messaging): notifications that include your email address when you sign up, buy, are refunded, report a checkout problem or upload bloodwork (with the file's name, never the file itself).
We may also disclose personal information to:
- your authorised representatives or legal advisers, when you ask us to;
- our professional advisers, including accountants, auditors and lawyers;
- fraud-checking agencies and payment companies, to prevent fraud;
- government and regulatory authorities, as required or authorised by law;
- anyone involved in a sale or transfer of all or part of our business; and
- the police or other appropriate people where your communication suggests illegal activity or harm to others.
Referral partners can see who they referred
If you join through another member's referral link, that member can see your name, email address and what you have spent with us on their partner statistics page. If you joined first and only clicked their link later, they see a masked version of your email address.
Cookies and browser storage
- Sign-in cookies set by Clerk keep you signed in. The Site does not work without them.
- pl_ref remembers the referral code from a referral link, so the member who referred you gets credit. It lasts up to 400 days and is renewed when you visit. pl_ref_renewed (30 days) limits how often it is renewed.
- Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Stripe and our video players set their own cookies for analytics, heatmaps, fraud prevention and playback.
- We store a few settings in your browser: a random id for video playback statistics (pl_video_sid), which Plus program you are viewing (pl:plus-track) and whether the menu is open (pl:rail-expanded).
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site, including sign-in, may then stop working.
Re-marketing
We may use Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising services to show ads to people who have visited the Site. These services may use cookies or pixels to do so, and any data they collect is handled under their own privacy policies. You can manage how Google advertises to you in your Google Ads Settings, and Meta provides ad controls in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
Storage, security and overseas providers
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls, encryption in transit and monitoring. Our providers run their own secure infrastructure. We are based in the United Arab Emirates, and our providers store and process data in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires, we take steps to make sure your information keeps a comparable level of protection when it moves between countries.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you have an account and for as long as we need it for the purposes above. We keep purchase records for as long as the law requires us to keep financial records.
Deleting your account
To delete your account, email reply@peaklifeofficial.com from the email address on your account. When we delete it, we remove your name and email address from your account record, delete the email address you entered on our homepage, your Plus intake answers and any bloodwork files you uploaded, remove your personal details from any messages you sent us, and close your sign-in. We keep your purchase records, which the law requires. To have anything else deleted, such as your referral partner record at Tolt or your contact at ActiveCampaign, email us.
Access and correction
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. We will respond as quickly as we can and within the time the law requires. We will not charge you for making a request, but may charge a reasonable fee to retrieve a large amount of information. In some cases the law allows us to refuse access, for example where it would be unlawful, would unreasonably affect someone else's privacy, or would prejudice an investigation. If we refuse, we will tell you why. You can also ask us to restrict or stop using your information, to give you a copy in a portable format, or to withdraw any consent you gave.
Your rights and complaints
If you think we have mishandled your information, please email us first and we will look into it. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live: for example, your national authority in the EU, the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Data breaches
If a data breach involving your personal information is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
